  17.      Hello, welcome to the Starcraft Theme V1!
  18.  
  19.      This is a copy of a freeware desktop theme package for WindowsNT
  20.      or Windows95 with MS-Plus!  
  21.  
  22.      Please take a minute to review the system requirements and
  23.      super-easy installation.
  24.  
  25.      I hope you enjoy this theme as much as I did making it...

  34.  
  35.      * WindowsNT or Windows95 32-bit OS
  36.  
  37.      * Microsoft MS-Plus! add-on enhancement
  38.  
  39.      * Video card capable of at least "Hi-color resolution".  A 
  40.          256-color card is also acceptable though not optimal.  
  41.          Please don't try using this theme with only 16 colors.

  43.      * Sound card with at least 16-bit audio wave resolution and 
  44.          ADPCM & CCITT A/mu-law compression capabilities.

  51.      a. Installing With MS-PLUS!
  52.      ---------------------------
  53.      Extract everything, except the font, to your "themes" directory.
  54.      Copy the font file to the windows\fonts directory.
  55.  
  56.      That's all! Just start the Microsoft Plus! Theme program, and
  57.      set it to the Starcraft theme.
